Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! As an Office Assistant, you will answer the phones, direct calls and order parts. You will also be filing paperwork, checking in customers and cleaning the bathroom and offices as needed. You will also be picking up and dropping off parts and/or transmissions using our company vehicle. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an automotive office environment , and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, direct calls, and order parts
Sorting and filing paperwork and checking in/out customers
Picking up and delivering parts and transmissions in company vehicle
