Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting
Support various departments with clerical and operational tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration preferred
