Responsibilities: • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Oversee online and print marketing efforts • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency • Talk to clients and client prospects on a regular basis Qualifications: • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • High school diploma or GED required • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Handle all new client paperwork and on going client requests as needed Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
