    Job Summary

    Kelley Appliance + Home Store is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team! As an Office Assistant, you are a key member of the team and will be responsible for supporting customer and office staff needs. This position is right for you if you are detail-oriented, take pride in being highly organized, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Responsibilities:

    Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

    Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints

    Data entry for Deliveries

    Assist with paperwork and filing

    Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

    Initiate necessary services for appliance repairs

    Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained

    Qualifications:

    Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    General computer proficiency

    Team player with a positive
