    2 Schedule Possibilities to Choose From:

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to 5pm. (24 hours a week), OR

    Monday through Friday. 9am to 3pm. (30 hours a week).

    No remote or work from home work.

    Tasks:

    Call handling and routing.

    Taking messages

    Sending and responding to emails.

    Monitor the company wide radio system.

    Scheduling students for classes.

    Some business development tasks (new business only).

    Other general tasks assigned.

    Keeping the office clean and organized.

    Note: Please be able to work independently (by yourself) and with others from time to time. A lot of people say they work good alone, but when there is downtime....they keep spinning their wheels. There are times when we are super busy in the office, and there are times when we are not busy. Please be prepared to deal with it.

    Due to proprietary reasons, anyone who works in the office will not have access to or deal with existing client lists, billing information, or human resources related things.

    Preliminary interviews will be via ZOOM. We are hiring ASAP! Short-term or long-term work is fine for this specific position. Our vision is to find someone long-term for this position.
