The City of Pueblo wants to hire you as an Office Assistant! A position that offers incredible benefits, competitive pay, and meaningful work! As an Office Assistant, you’ll provide reception/ front counter responsibilities such as the use of a computerized cash register, explain procedures to citizens, and accepting documents. You’ll also answer a multi-line telephone and direct callers to the appropriate party. Additionally, you’ll use a computer system to prepare letters, reports, and other correspondence, enter data into spreadsheets and scan and archive documentation.
