Job description
Founded in 1967, Panel Town & Floors has been a leading flooring retailer and distributor for more than 52 years. This family-owned, small business prides itself on delivering an unparalleled customer experience and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Panel Town is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented office assistant to join its growing team.
Key Functions:
Assist accounts receivable, mailing invoices and following up with customers on outstanding invoices as needed
Assist accounts payable, ensuring invoices are being paid on time
Pickup/Receive and sort incoming mail
Clerical work, including but not limited to answering phones, scanning and filing documents, and entering data into spreadsheets
Order, pick up, and maintain stock of office supplies as needed for all departments
Skills and Experience:
Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a PLUS
Experience using an ERP (preferred, but not required)
