    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support to our Property Management Team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the property managers including application processing, maintenance assistance, ordering inspections, marketing photos, emailing weekly updates to the team, sending HOA notices, collecting rent, and answering calls amongst other administrative tasks. We are looking for a team member who is friendly, comfortable with working in various software systems, and can prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Compensation is based on experience. Position is Monday through Friday - 9 AM to 5 PM. Benefits are PTO and Holiday Pay after a 90-day trial period. Do not contact the office directly. Responsibilities: • Process applications and send denial notices. • Order property inspections • Assist property managers with maintenance • Send team updates weekly • Monitor general email inbox • Order marketing photos when requested • Send HOA violation notices to tenants • Connect/disconnect utilities as needed • Front desk receptionist • Record and collect rent Qualifications: • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • High school diploma or GED required • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Compensation: $17 hourly
