    The Office Assistant will be an essential part of keeping our real estate brokerage running smoothly. This is a part-time position where you will not only provide administrative support but also serve as a "runner", ensuring our office operates efficiently both on-site and off-site. This includes delivering client care gifts, placing and picking up real estate signs, and assisting our agents and marketing department with various tasks. If you’re highly organized, enjoy multitasking, and like being out in the field while supporting a dynamic office team, this role is for you! Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support to the office, real estate agents, and marketing team. • Act as a runner for various office needs, including delivering client care gifts, placing and picking up real estate signs and lockboxes from properties, collecting and distributing marketing materials. • Perform occasional errands or fieldwork to support agents and office staff. • Support the office with other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus. • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role (real estate experience preferred but not required). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Customer service-oriented attitude. Compensation: $14 Hourly
