We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant's main areas of responsibility are to provide administrative support to the Management Team and other team members, run office errands, keep the office and breakroom well-stocked and tidy, and assist with creating quotes and procuring equipment.
Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role within an office setting, proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, and a customer service focused mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism throughout all communications.

This position is based out of our office in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and is not a remote position. This is a full-time position. This position is subject to a 90-day probationary period.
