Scan and upload mail to CRM. • Keep staff calendars accurate and up-to-date. • Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and provide a welcoming reception experience. • Courier important paperwork to courts as needed. • Facilitate communication between our clients and legal team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • High school diploma or GED required • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
