    Location: 100% Onsite at Norther n Virginia Office

    How You Will Make an Impact:

    Navaide is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Office Associate to support the establishment and daily operations of our new Northern Virginia location. In this highly visible and multi-faceted role, you will contribute across a variety of business areas including office management, administrative support, innovation lab operations and IT/logistical assistance. This is an ideal position for an energetic, adaptable individual ready to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. You will report to the Director of Business Operations and provide executive-level support to senior leaders operating from the NOVA office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business disciplines.     Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support daily office operations to include organization and storage solutions for office supplies and inventory, coordination and support for an office relocation, and providing strong daily customer service as the face of Navaide for visitors, clients, and employees in the office.

    • Coordinate logistics for events and meetings hosted at the Northern Virginia office or externally, including vendor coordination, material preparation, and on-site support.

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute critical client meetings, ensuring that our clients experience an efficient and well-organized company.

    • Help manage vendor relationships and inventory for marketing materials, office supplies, and branded merchandise.

    • Contribute to the development of office processes and culture in a growing team environment.

    • Maintain content and access on internal platforms such as SharePoint.

    • Assist with data collection and research to support decision-making across departments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 1+ years of work experience in a professional environment

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Demonstrated skills in communications, marketing, or administrative support.

    • Comfortable learning and using digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, social media platforms).

    • Prior experience in event coordination, social media support, or office administration preferred.

    • Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.

    • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup-like environment.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
