This role offers a comprehensive 90-day property management training program with ongoing mentorship to ensure your success and professional growth.

    Responsibilities: As a Property Manager Office Associate, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    Selling new and previously owned homes, including showing units to potential buyers and tenants

    Leasing made-ready units and processing lease renewals

    Handling inquiries from prospective tenants and home buyers via phone and email, and scheduling appointments for unit showings

    Performing daily administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office

    Processing rent payments, ensuring accuracy and timely record-keeping

    Assisting with tenant retention efforts to maintain positive relationships

    Collaborating with the team to support daily operations and long-term goals

    Contributing to the general upkeep and organization of office supplies, files, and documents

    Candidate Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following competencies:

    Experience: Previous experience in office administration, customer service and property management- leasing, or real estate experience is a plus

    Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Technical Skills: Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs; ability to learn proprietary software quickly

    Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, personable, and confident with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, prospects, and the Team

    Problem Solving: Diplomacy, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to resolve roadblocks effectively

    Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs

    Team-Oriented: A commitment to working collaboratively and supporting the team
