Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Maintaining banking information and cash flow
Processing payroll and assisting with basic HR duties
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and keeping the boss on track with reminders
Ordering office and store supplies, including handling special orders for customers
Supporting day-to-day clerical and administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Previous 5 years experience in an office setting
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP / QuickBooks
Must have 5 years experience of QuickBooks Desktop
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
