Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills. Must be detail oriented and be able to meet deadlines. A strongly motivated and ambitious person is what we are looking for.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Job Cost tracking and verifying purchases
Manage multiple supplier accounts.
Managing payroll hours per week
Certified payroll.
Keeping neat and organized documents that can researched later
Basic bookkeeping with project organization.
Managing compliance with insurance documentation and uploading basic forms for project compliance.
We do have dogs in the office so must be dog friendly
Qualifications
