    Job Description

    Detection Time Verification

    a. Process detention requests

    b. Validate all request and present findings to management

    OOCL Street Turns

    a. Collect all OOCL hand tickets

    b. Prepare OOCL street turn spreadsheet and summit to OOCL

    c. Prosses ESI/container related emails

    Yard Inventory

    a. Maintain inventory spreadsheet of containers in the yard

    b. Watch for aging container

    c. Reconcile the inventory spreadsheet with loaded container weight tickets

    d. Report any “ghost container” in the yard (containers we don’t have records of)

    CCIC

    a. Process all CCIC related requests

    b. Missing CCIC Photos

    c. Verifying Seals

    Moisture claims

    a. Check loading day weather

    b. Check loading photos

    c. Process claims and report findings to management

    Receiving (Covering Window as needed)

    a. Verify appointment date and time

    b. Review BOL’s and weight tickets

    c. Keep a steady flow of trucks coming in and out of dock

    d. Scale full and empty containers/trailers

    Monthly Inventory (FSI Collectively)

    a. Account for all physical investor in the yard

    b. Account for all containers/trailers in the yard

    c. Prepare inventory spreadsheet

    d. Find corresponding weight tickets for inventory

    e. Email inventory with weight tickets copies to accounting

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Basic Excel skills
    • Customer Service Experience preferred
    • Good communication skills
    • Spanish is a plus
