Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer and vendors questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers and vendors, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient and accurate record keeping.
Assist different departments with different data entry and filing tasks.
General assistance with office administration
Qualifications
HS diploma, AA degree and/or professional training in business administration
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Great customer service skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe software
Fluent in Spanish preferred, but not a must
