Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, calling insurance companies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork and file paperwork
Call insurance companies for claim statuses and payments
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications

Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
