Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team! As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, handle customer questions, provide estimates in person or via email, and send orders to production. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate is able to multi task, has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, strong organizational skills, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming estimate requests, make photocopies, and file paperwork, take payments
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
Able to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
