    Office Clerk I/ Office Clerk II Hybrid (Remote Home/Office)

    Trucking/Broker company looking to fill (2) positions available to assist with daily department tasks, such as but not limited to AR and AP. Must be available for Office hours.

    Core Competencies:

    Attention to detail is a must.

    Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.

    Must be bilingual in Spanish.

    Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines.

    Skilled in using computer systems and capable of learning various software applications quickly.

    Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Show effective interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

    Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.

    Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.

    Qualifications:

    High school degree or equivalent preferred.

    2+ years of related bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred.

    QuickBooks experience a plus.

    Trucking experience is a plus

    Knowledge of Billing / Invoicing
