Job Summary
We are a used car dealership, looking for an Office Assistant to join our team! As an Office assistant, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also file paperwork, make copies, fax documents, and mail information to customers as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills along with preparing tax and title documents. Checking for accuracy in title application and ensuring all information is complete. Submit all legal documents to the Michigan Secretary of State. No previous dealership knowledge is required but it would be a great asset to speed training.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
