We’re looking for a highly driven office coordinator to run our office. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, helping customers, and ensuring that everything runs as it should. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, mail, and other communications • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and courteously • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the auction set up, load out, and logistics teams to proactively handle issues before they become problems for our customers. • Process invoices and manage receivables • Maintain auction files with all required paperwork • Ensure accurate documentation for sales tax exemptions and sales of vehicles • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • Previous customer service experience • Familiarity with Google Drive • Familiarity with QuickBooks • Organized, Detail Oriented, and Multi-Tasking Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
