We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Georgina Home Care. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and providing exceptional support to our team. This will involve handling various administrative tasks, but importantly, you will also be tasked with providing accurate reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a solid attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.
Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Support all incoming traffic into the office.
Help applicants apply and complete hire paperwork.
Conduct Interviews with potential field staff and coordinate orientations
Communicate with caregivers, addressing inquiries and providing information.
Data Entry and Reporting:
Enter and update patient and employee information in our CareSmartz System and Sandata.
Ensure Caregivers are clocking in and clocking out in Sandata
Provide payroll review on a weekly basis
Assist with compliance paperwork and projects when needed
Organize and maintain confidential electronic and physical files, including filing and archiving client and employee documents.
Sandata Maintenance for Billing.
Provide a weekly billing report.
