  • Responsibilities

    Responsible for contacting insurance companies to secure preauthorization required for patients. You will ensure the information obtained is complete and accurate, follow up on requests, and use knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other Third-Party payers. Request needed paperwork from physicians, patients, and employees. Maintain clear and constant communication with the team. Responsibilities: • Authorization & Eligibility • Supply and DME tracking • Order tracking • Referral Intake • Care coordination • Tracking Acct payables • Data Entry • General office admin work, answering phones, printer, office supplies, vendor mgmt, setting up new employees, etc Qualifications: • Previous Medical/Intake Experience • Multitasking Skills • Strong interpersonal Skills • Attention to details and data entry Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
