    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Office Coordinator/Loan Assistant (8am – 5pm) in-office position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions as required by the office staff. This is an entry level position on our Loan Servicing Team.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Greet and assist onsite guests and answer inbound telephone calls.

    Manage mail distribution and scheduling of delivery pick-up through office ordering process.

    Maintain all office & kitchen supplies working with our office ordering coordinator.

    Maintain daily office cleanliness; offices are professionally cleaned nightly.

    Manage kitchen & supplies needed, keeping areas re-stocked and running errands for the office, purchasing kitchen perishables.

    Loan Servicing Assistant duties include but are not limited to, creating contacts within our proprietary system, ordering appraisals, insurance certificates, credit reports, and updating databases when items are received. Prepare monthly loan assignment forms, reconveyances, and follow up on customer requested financial information. Update our Market Report on project related listings and sales. Daily receipt of interest due and loan payments with follow up on outstanding payments.

    Other duties as assigned.

    · Foster positive communications and relationships with Vendors, Builders, and various Associates.

    · Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    · Actively participate in meetings as requested.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred.

    · Ability to prioritize and multitask with a strong attention to detail.

    · Must be accurate, detail oriented and able to multi-task and be a critical thinker.

    · Basic understanding of audit, problem solving, data entry and customer service skills.

    · Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    · Strong working knowledge of computer software programs such as word, excel, etc.

    · Must meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    This is an in-office position.

    Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

    Frequent standing, walking and sitting.

    Frequent lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.

    Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds.

    Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.

    Must be able to use a computer and see color.
