We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our clients and employees. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, receiving payments, sending invoices and responding to customer comments, questions, and concerns submitted via social media. Create written, video, and image content for a variety of social media platforms designed to create buzz and build awareness of our company. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, tech-savvy, QuickBooks experience and a positive and friendly attitude is a plus. Benefits may include, health, dental, holiday and vacation pay. Salary is based on experience between $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
