By taking care of the day-to-day operations, you'll empower our agents to focus on what they do best – helping clients with their real estate needs. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Director of Career Development to secure venues and speakers for events. • Coordinate and manage food orders for onsite events. • Design engaging marketing materials for huddles, classes, and events. • Develop and publish the monthly Training Tracker Flyer. • Maintain and update class descriptions, graphics, and links on the online calendar and Eventbrite. • Generate Zoom links for scheduled events on the calendar. • Organize and send out daily and weekly recurring emails. • Send out Coaching/Mastermind Invitations and updates on upcoming classes via email. • Welcome visitors with a smile, assist with check-ins, and ensure agents feel valued. • Handle incoming calls, forward/unforward phones, and direct leads appropriately. • Update Associate licenses in the license book kept at the front desk. • Manage incoming mail and package distribution. • Supervise and oversee basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, computers, and conference rooms. Qualifications: • A background in office administration with exceptional communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills. • A proven track record of problem-solving and thriving under minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms. • A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new technologies. • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
