We’re seeking a dependable, highly organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced estate planning law firm. In this role, you'll be a vital part of the team, ensuring the office runs efficiently and that internal operations and events are executed smoothly. If you enjoy creating structure, solving problems before they arise, and being the person others rely on to get things done, you’ll thrive here. • Part-Time Position : Approximately 20–25 hours/week Responsibilities: Office Operations • Handle ordering, pickup, and setup for office events and meetings • Assist with marketing and firm-hosted marketing events • Coordinate with vendors for office cleaning, repairs, deliveries, and maintenance • Support multiple office locations as needed • Provide back-up reception coverage, including welcoming clients and guests in a warm, professional manner Administrative Support • Track and follow up on tasks and initiatives from team and leadership meetings • Support the firm owner with project tracking and follow-through on firm priorities • Assist with basic IT coordination and serve as liaison with tech vendors • Support new hire onboarding, including workspace setup, supplies, and orientation logistics Team & Culture Support • Help organize internal trainings, team events, and office celebrations • Track and coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, and staff milestones • Enhance team morale and culture with thoughtful touches (e.g., seasonal decor, music, snacks, small gestures of appreciation) Qualifications: Ideal Candidate • You’re naturally organized, detail-oriented, and find satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly • You’re friendly, approachable, and professional with both team members and clients • You’re tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and open to learning new systems • You take initiative—if you see something that needs attention, you don’t wait to be told • You appreciate structure and systems, but you’re flexible when things shift or new needs pop up Qualifications • Prior experience in office coordination, administrative support, or operations • Excellent communication skills and follow-through • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with grace • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
