Office Coordinator Summary
As an Office Coordinator, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
Coordinate crew and job scheduling
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years experience in customer service or administrative work
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed depending upon the business needs. This position also requires on-call responsibilities.
