Office Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
General Office Engineering duties such as preparing quantity sheets, pay estimates, correspondence, and weekly/monthly reports.
CCO preparation and routing.
Maintain accurate categorized system of files for project.
Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
Develop and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar area is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of transit, in conjunction with public works projects.
Previous construction Office Engineering experience on public works projects.
Familiarity with public sector processes and procedures.
Proficient with the use of computers, Microsoft office suite and CM software.
Strong skills in documentation and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
