Office & Events Support Associate
San Francisco, CA 94105
3 Months Contract
Mon-Fri, 11am - 8pm
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of related work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal industry preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in conference center, reception, or office admin roles
Ability to lift heavy objects (chairs, tables, etc.)
Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and basic electronics
Troubleshooting skills and ability to follow technical instructions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to pass a conflicts check process
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
