First Light Home Care is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and professional Office & Field Support Specialist to join our home care agency, experience in home care required. This part-time position(potential to become full time) plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations both in the office and in the field. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in home care, with a CNA certification preferred, and will be comfortable handling administrative tasks, supporting caregivers, and occasionally assisting with fieldwork.

Your Schedule:
This is a part-time position, and specific hours and scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process
Office Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation, and filing.
Assist with onboarding and training new caregivers.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, caregivers, and staff.
Maintain accurate records, including client care plans and caregiver assignments.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency policies (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA).
Performs other duties as assigned
Field Responsibilities (as needed)CNA Preferred:
Visit client homes to do meet & greets, cover shifts, etc
Assist caregivers in the field during high-demand situations or emergencies.
Serve as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
Support field staff with supplies, equipment, or guidance as required.
