    Responsibilities:

    Fleet Management Support

    Help track vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption as needed.

    Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

    Assist in scheduling regular inspections and servicing of the fleet.

    Monitor and track the location and status of fleet vehicles through GPS or fleet management software as needed.

    Office Administration:

    Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, handling emails and organizing meetings.

    Assist with office supplies inventory management.

    Organize and maintain office equipment, ensuring everything is functional and repaired when necessary.

    Learn alongside HR/Scheduler to efficiently dispatch and organize the schedule.

    Communication and Coordination:

    Daily confirmation calls to all patients to confirm for the following days' schedule.

    Assist with coordination of events or meetings and ensure smooth operations for office-based activities.

    Provide assistance with other administrative or clerical tasks as needed.

    Part-Time Hours: 20-23 Hours

    Mondays - OFF Tuesday 8:00AM-1:00PM Wednesday 8:00AM-1:00PM Thursday 9:00-2:00PM Friday 9:00-2:00PM Saturday - OFF Every other Sunday- 10:00AM-1:00PM

    Hybrid Schedule Once Job is offered: WFH (Work from home) Wednesdays & Sundays

    SIGN ON BONUS: $200

    THIS INTERNSHIP IS RECOMMEND FOR STUDENTS, NEW CLASS GRADUATES AND/OR ANYONE NEW TO THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT OR HUMAN RESOURCE CAREER FIELD LOOKING TO EXPAND THEIR RESUME AND GAIN EXPERIENCE+KNOWLEDGE.

    COMPENSATION: $15.25 during 4-week internship and evaluation. Opportunity to be bumped up to full time once permanent position is offered.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma/GED.

    Experience: An understanding of customer experience. Experience or education in human or social services is a bonus.

    Skills/Abilities: Must possess strong computer skills, with experience using google docs. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, or through electronic means. Must have a working smart phone. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a bonus!

    Additional Requirements: Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

    Location: This internship will start in office for the first 4 weeks during training. The 4-week evaluation and training period is to ensure that this internship + position would be a great fit for both parties. A full-time or part- time hybrid position will be offered if all goes well! This internship is recommended for students looking for seasonal work or individuals in search of a hybrid career in the office/fleet management field.
