    Position Overview:

    Claros Technologies' team is rapidly growing as we move towards our goal to Solve Problems without Creating New Ones. We are seeking a collaborative, driven individual to join our team as an Office and Human Resources Administrator. The Office and HR Administrator will be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operations of human resources and office functions.

    Essential Office Administration Job Functions:

    • Complete all food ordering for weekly office snacks, special meetings, and monthly team lunches
    • Maintain inventory for all office supplies and consumables
    • Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings, and send internal communications
    • Ensure visitors are greeted and complete all required visitor entry processes
    • Maintain entry systems for buildings, including key fobs for employees and visitors
    • Support communication with outsourced IT partners, track completion of IT tickets, and ensure all employees have technological needs for role on a daily basis
    • Answer incoming phone calls and outreach to Claros' public-facing communication mediums

    Essential Human Resources Job Functions:

    • Complete HR Documentation as required for employment changes; maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records
    • Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding
    • Support other HR & Administration functions either as a primary or backup responsibility as required
    • Support Talent Acquisition Functions:
      • Interview scheduling and coordination
      • Phone Screening
      • Ensuring feedback is communicated to recruiters

    Competencies & Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Independent thinker; strong problem solving skills; ability to troubleshoot technical issues

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Basic understanding of HR fundamentals, a plus

    Preferred Experience:

    • Some educational experience in administration or HR. Professional experience will supplement a lack of educational background.
      • Bachelor's degree in management or human resources, a plus.
      • Degrees in related fields or HR certifications, a plus.
    • 1-2 years administrative and/or HR experience

    Job Specifications

    • Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000
    • Location: In person at the Claros Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. May be required to periodically work from additional work sites in the Twin Cities Metro.
    • Travel: No travel.
