DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage support staff, ensure the smooth and efficient running of an office by implementing systems to maximize efficiency. On-board new hires by getting them setup with ADP, AWARDS, CARES, etc. Purchase office supplies, client supplies and equipment and maintain proper inventory levels. Coordinate in-office events or meetings, and produce meeting minutes and/or reports. Contact potential candidates to schedule interviews. Schedule and register staff to attend external and internal training to ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain and update the agency compliance training tracker and staff matrix. Reconcile metro-cards and petty cash. Assist Program Director to review and preserve egregious incidents captured by CCTV. Perform other duties as requested.
HOURS:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma/GED required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, computer and typing skills, ability to use independent judgment.
