Compensation: • Salary Range $42,000 - $52,000 Paid Time Off Stipend Benefits Responsibilities: • Oversee the work of all team members, ensuring timely and accurate task completion. • Manage and maintain the master client list , ensuring weekly or on-demand updates. • Accurately integrate client data into AMS360 and Ivans systems, tracking payments and ensuring seamless downloads. • Enter and assign leads into Levitate, delegating tasks and meeting deadlines. • Handle house details, consumer reports, and CLUE reports , ensuring readiness for rating. • Send communications such as birthday cards, no-DOB emails, and monthly newsletters. • Prepare and manage monthly sales and productivity reports. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including policies, BOPs, and mortgage-related correspondence. • Oversee and update the company website and social media platforms, promoting brand awareness and engagement through campaigns. • Collaborate with TMD on website updates and maintain strong SEO and Google presence. • Deposit checks and handle post office-related tasks. Qualifications: • Relevant experience and knowledge in the insurance industry. • Proven experience in office management or a similar role. • Proficiency in CRM systems (AMS360, Ivans, Levitate, etc.) and social media platforms. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy. • Tech-savvy with experience in SEO, Google presence, and website management. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a collaborative environment.
