Angel of God is seeking an experienced, dependable, well-organized, and efficient Office Manager who appreciates a fast-paced team and assists with some HR functions. The successful candidate must have a pleasant personality disposition in welcoming guests and greeting clients who visit or phone the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing office operations including managing supplies.
· Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
· Serving as a point of contact for external inquiries and visitors.
· Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients directing them to relevant staff.
· Monitoring office supplies, stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required by the Executive Officer.
· Organizing maintenance, scheduling services to keep the office clean and safe to ensure its appliances are in good working order.
· Strong prioritization and time-management skills who work well independently on team projects.
· Reporting progress to Executive Officer and work with staff to improve office operations and procedures.
· Assisting with inventory and may assist with audit compliances.
· Producing quality reports, take directions and handle vendor contractor agreements
· Attending meetings and training to maintain current and updated policies.
· Updating and maintaining the agency website.
· Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail/deliveries when they come in, sending faxes as needed.
· Following agency policies and procedures.
· Supervises maintenance personnel/janitorial staff and reviews their performance
· Manages corporate forms organization systems, updates, retention, in-servicing, and cataloguing
Qualifications:
· Minimum of an associate degree in business administration or higher education; 2-3 years experience in non-profit offices preferred.
· Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word processing and Excel apps and internet use.
· Attentiveness to detail with a high level of accuracy.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills,
· Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
· Commitment to the mission and values of Angel of God Resource Center, Inc.
· Demonstrated ability to manage and multi-task
· Knowledge of Quick Books application is a plus
