Responsibilities: • Manage payroll for all employees, including documenting employees' Paid Time Off, sick days, and tardiness • Ensure the implementation of new and ongoing policies and procedures by training staff and auditing compliance • Manage and update the Employee Handbook and policies and procedures software • Foster the firm's core values through programming staff events and cultivating relationships • Manage and pay invoices as necessary • Carry out other human resources tasks when necessary Qualifications: • Prior office management experience required • Human Resources experience highly preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills to exemplify and foster the firm's policies, procedures, and core values • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Please message us your favorite ice cream flavor after applying to see your attention to detail • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D, or equivalent Compensation: $72,000
