You should have prior experience with accounting software (Quick Books) and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
Manage scheduling and dispatching for service technicians.
Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism.
Maintain inventory records and order office supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management to improve office systems and workflows.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with HVAC industry practices and terminology is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
