    Currently seeking a full time Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper. Ideal candidate will be self motived, professional, trustworthy, and efficient. Responsibilities include payroll, AP, AR, Forecasting, Sales and Use tax payments, sales reconciliation, monthly management reports and Bank reconciliation.

    The following are requirements for the position: Minimum of 5 years experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping position Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, QuickBooks Personal Skills: Detailed oriented, excels at time management, ability to administrative matters, and ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers.

    Preferred Skills: Previous restaurant experience Experience with TOAST and Restaurant365
