As we continue to scale, we’re seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure we provide exceptional service to our clients.

    Job Description: As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring that tasks are completed on time, processes are streamlined, and our clients and internal teams are supported effectively. This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, ranging from overseeing financial operations to ensuring customer success and supporting our HR needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that all clients are paying on time by working closely with the finance and accounting teams. Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with clients as needed.
    • Oversee the billing process, ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner. Work closely with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies.
    • Monitor customer success metrics and ensure our clients are satisfied. Provide support to the customer success team to help resolve any client issues and enhance the customer experience.
    • Review and ensure that contracts and agreements with clients and partners are up to date, accurate, and comply with company policies. Work with relevant teams to finalize and negotiate terms as needed.
    • Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, scheduling interviews, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain office supplies, manage office-related logistics, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in office management, operations, or a similar administrative role.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience working with clients and managing relationships.
    • Basic understanding of financial operations and invoicing processes.
    • Familiarity with HR practices and employee relations.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).

    $70,000 per year
