Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the office for a restoration company.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
Assist with billing, payroll, and other financial tasks.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
Support project managers and other staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional phone skills.
Proficient in software such as Dash and/or Jobnimbus.
Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary/Benefits: Pay is hourly or salary depending on experience
