    We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager / Executive Assistant to be the backbone of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the first one in the office each morning, ensuring everything is set up for success. This role combines traditional executive support tasks with dynamic involvement in our property management operations.

    Key
    Responsibilities:


    • Executive Support:

      • Manage travel arrangements and calendars for the executive team.

      • Schedule and coordinate meetings, acting as the liaison for the executive team.

      • Serve as the intermediary between us and other companies, providing a professional buffer and facilitating communications.

    • Tenant Relations and Property Management:

      • Oversee tenant relations across our portfolio of 100 doors.

      • Handle all incoming maintenance calls and coordinate responses.

      • Deliver exceptional customer service to our tenants, enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention.

      • Utilize Yardi platform for efficient property management.

    • Office Management and Administrative Support:

      • Digitize and organize company documents—a project already in progress that will be a significant initial focus.

      • Manage office supplies, equipment, and upkeep.

      • Support various administrative tasks as needed.

    • Technical Skills:

      • Proficient in using Mac computers and capable of navigating various tech platforms to maintain office systems.

      • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is highly advantageous.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in property management or as a property administrator is ideal.

    • Executive Assistant experience across any industry, with a proven track record of effective support and administration.

    • Ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly; a teachable attitude is crucial.
