We’re currently searching for a Recruiter/Office Assistant who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

    Responsibilities include:

    Recruiting caregivers

    Marketing, sales and scheduling

    Schedule client appointments/visits according to Service Plan/Care Plans and staff availability

    Managing the day to day office and field operations to ensure compliance to State and company policies.

    Conducting assessments and Care Planning

    Maintaining staff and client database (i.e., employee assessments, dates and reminders of TB, client admission, client hospital admission and discharge)

    Point of contact between clients and caregivers

    Caregiver supervision and support; client coordination and communication.

    Other duties as necessary

    The ideal candidate will have:

    H.S Diploma, Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

    One year of related recruiting or human resources experience and/or training

    Caregiving experience

    Private duty home-care industry experience – A MUST

    Knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare industry - A MUST

    Knowledge of Georgia home care regulations - A MUST

    Strong work ethic and passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment - A MUST

    The desire to serve clients and coworkers with exceptional customer service

    Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

    Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

    Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)

    Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

    Work Location: In person with some flexibility
