Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our small business team. In this role, you will work closely with the business owner to manage our office and daily business procedures. Your responsibilities will include employee supervision, daily staff and job scheduling, invoicing/billing, accounts receivable and payable management, HR procedures, inventory maintenance and organization, client and vendor communication as well as plumbing administrative tasks such as pulling permits. Our ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to manage personnel and daily processes respectfully and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office & Excel
Experience in QuickBooks or similar accounting software required
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Experience in general HR tasks and processes
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
