Position Overview: The Office Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring a productive, efficient, and positive work environment. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative tasks, overseeing scheduling, and providing support to staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office environment is efficient and organized.
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and appearance
· Coordinate staffing scheduling
· Handle office communication, including answering phones, and emails
· Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
· Manage office-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and budget adherence.
· Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
· Support leadership with various administrative tasks as required.
· Assist with organizing and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
· Maintain an up-to-date filing system for office records, documents, and communications.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
· Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
· Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
· Multitasking Abilities: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Professional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
· Customer Service Orientation: A customer-focused attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently, providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
· Team Player: Works well with others, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive office atmosphere.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), office management software, and basic office equipment.
· Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:

Education/Experience Requirements:
