We are seeking an Office Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management of our small office.
Responsibilities:
Online Quickbook's entries
Open and Manage Job Files - prelim, compliance documents, releases
Review expenses for optimal job costing
AP & AR
Weekly reporting to supervisor
Maintain Insurance Certs & W9's from Vendors
Google Drive and paper filing system control
Assist other departments when necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Construction Office Management
Previous experience with Quickbook's Online and Google Drive
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to design a work plan, maintain order and work independently
Pay dependent on experience. Hours can be flexible - 30 hours per week.
