    As Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing top-notch customer service. You’ll educate customers, match them with the perfect craftsmen, and make sure every project is a success. Best of all? Your efforts will be recognized and genuinely appreciated every step of the way.

    What You’ll Do:

    Be the go-to for job leads and customer inquiries.

    Educate customers on our services and offer tailored solutions.

    Schedule craftsmen—matching the right pro to the right project.

    Coordinate material orders and project logistics.

    Manage calls, follow-ups, dispatching, and paperwork with ease.

    Solve daily operational challenges with creativity and efficiency.

    Help grow our brand with social media and advertising support.
