Primary Duties:
Providing administrative management support to office staff and recruiting team.
Handling incoming calls and other communications and on call as needed.
Compiling reports, creating documents, and submit information and data to AHCA, and any other state authority, as well as the Accreditation Commission for Health Care
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Maintatin ongoing liaison between Governing body and personnel
Organize and hold Weekly and Monthy meetings
Helping organize and streamline office processes
Assist in hiring, vetting, & orientation of new employees
Coaching and reviewing performance of employees
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Provide company information to prospective clients
Qualifications:
Must be able to clear a Level 2 Criminal Background screening through AHCA & OIG
High school diploma or associate’s degree.
Minimum of one (2) year management experience in a Home Health or Healthcare setting or in a related field. HR, Alternate Administrator or Clinical experience a plus!
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Wellsky, APS & spreadsheets
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Have a valid driver's license.
Superior organizational skills, multi-tasking and scheduling skills.
Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
