  • Responsibilities

    Gas Fireplace / Outdoor Living installation and servicing company operating in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC is looking to fill an Office Manager position in the Chantilly, Va showroom location.

    Prior experience in a service industry is required (Minimum 3 years).

    Task Description:

    handling invoices and accounts receivable

    handling accounts payable

    scanning and/or copying administrative paperwork

    light accounting related tasks

    ordering supplies

    experience with Sales considered a plus

    Requirements:

    excellent communication skills written and verbal in English - knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus

    experience with computers for word processing, spreadsheets, emailing, etc.

    at least 3 years experience in a service industry (plumbing, heating, lawn maintenance, etc.)

    basic accounting skills for accounts receivable and accounts payable

    experience with QuickBooks considered a plus
